On 31 December 2026, the ECUME Bistro terrace in the Ocean Wing hosts the Paradise Countdown — an international and premium seafood buffet with live entertainment from 17:00. Then the night moves upstairs to KOH 17, the highest rooftop bar on Laem Mae Phim Beach, for midnight. Book and pay before 10 December and save 20%.

Dinner first: the Paradise Countdown buffet

Six hours of table, starting at five. Premium seafood on ice, carving stations, and an international spread that keeps changing as the evening goes on. Dessert arrives while the band is still playing, which is the correct order of things on the last night of the year.

Live band, fire dance, and the hours before midnight

A live band plays through dinner and a fire dance show lights up the sand below the terrace. The entertainment runs from 17:00 to 23:00, which leaves exactly enough time to finish your coffee and make your way up to the roof.
