IVY rooftop Restaurant & Bar with its panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand offers a fantastic spot to enjoy an exquisite list of impeccable designed cuisine and cocktails at the Chef’s Table along with a selection of delicious bite-sized food to savour whilst taking in the breathtaking views on the outdoor terrace.

IVY is best defined as a multi-experience signature restaurant and bar, allowing guests to return for a different experience. The indoor area is defined by its refined chef’s table concept, which is not fixated or defined by singular cuisine but is more focused on a monthly rotating set menu based on locally sourced ingredients of Rayong’s seaside catch.

Comforting yet sophisticated in offering, signature dishes inside include a local fresh Seafood Tower, Thai Chilli Paste with Seabass Seared in Yellow Curry on Seaweed Cracker, Oysters on the Shell with Scallops and Deep-Fried Shallots and Lime.

Bar bites are available when you’re siting both inside and on the ocean view terrace. Signature items include truffle Chip, Chocolate Truffles bar, Quesadillas and a selection of rotating tapas style items to surprise your palate.
